Our house rules

To ensure all guests feel comfortable with us, we ask that you observe the following house rules:

Dogs

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.

Rest periods

For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Careful handling

Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Should any damage occur, please inform us immediately – together we will find a solution.

Smoke

Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.

Key

In case of loss of a key, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement.

sustainability

We kindly ask you to ensure careful waste separation within the house – for the sake of our environment.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Our cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• Up to 10 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
• For cancellations made 10 days or less before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.

According to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for bookings of accommodation services, as the contract stipulates a specific period. Our cancellation policy, which is specified during the booking process, applies.
